Suggest an alternative

Know a product that helps people stay in touch without a feed? Suggest it. We list products on their merits; there is no fee and no way to pay for placement. We are not looking for look-alikes of the big apps: read how we pick first.

What we need

• The product's name and website.
• What kind of thing it is (letters by email, a private circle, and so on), what it does instead of a feed, and what it leaves out on purpose.
• Price, platforms, and whether it is open source.
• The main trade-off. Every product has one.
